That's a lot of cupakes

Almost out of my cupcake liners I purchased another order of my favorite lovely brown ones. As I was sitting there checking out I started thinking wow...600ct of liners seems like a lot but I go through them so fast. Which then lead me to calculating how many times I have purchased these 600ct of liners. I've bought them about 7 times that's 4200 cupcakes and for me not actually having a store that's a lot of freakin cupcakes. I just thought it was interesting.

Whimsical Butteflies

These were so much fun to do. The way the colors pop in contrast to the white frosting on some of the cupcakes is desperately beautiful. The butterflies look as if they have landed right onto the tops of these cupcakes.

Luscious Lemon Curd

Lemon cake filled with buttery lemon curd and topped with a whipped meringue...you get the idea.

Gluten FREE...that's right...and they were bomb

Another challenge and this was seriously a challenge. These were made for a bridal shower in which the bride needed gluten free cupcakes. They were moist, decadent...and so freakin good. I made a trial run before actually making them and my husband and I almost ate the whole batch. Who says gluten free has to be gross...not me I say!

Raspberry Bliss

These are a favorite among many of my cupcake lovers. A yummy vanilla bean

cake topped with my raspberry butter cream and topped with a fresh raspberry. They are so good but I do admit...here they are looking a well....a little inappropriate :)

Tommy's Teeth......

My good friend was graduating from dental school and his sister (also my good friend) asked if I would come up with a cupcake to celebrate this great accomplishment. Totally up for the challenge I came up with doing this super cute sugar cookie on top. I formed teeth out of gum paste and with the dental blue colored royal icing...it was perfect. No one knew what I was doing so it was a fun surprise and I was happy to help.
