Another challenge and this was seriously a challenge. These were made for a bridal shower in which the bride needed gluten free cupcakes. They were moist, decadent...and so freakin good. I made a trial run before actually making them and my husband and I almost ate the whole batch. Who says gluten free has to be gross...not me I say!
